This will awaken the energy of the plants in your palms - clearing the auric field through sound vibration. Then bring your hands towards your face, breathing in for 1-3 breaths. Now draw hands around your aura - over your head and body through your energy field. Finish with your hands on your belly for a moment of deep connection with body.
